Products & Availability

All products are handcrafted in small batches. Because of this, availability may vary and items may sell out or change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods available at checkout.

Once an order is placed, it cannot always be modified or canceled due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

Local Delivery / Pickup

We currently offer local delivery within a limited 50 mile radius of Worcester, MA. Delivery times and availability may vary.

Shipping

Orders are processed in small batches and may take 2–5 days to prepare before shipping.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, all sales are final.
