At Lunar Leaf Apothecary, all products are handcrafted in small batches and many are perishable. Because of this, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

 

We will review each case and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure all delivery information is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Missed deliveries

  • Orders left unattended after delivery

Allergen Notice

 

Our products are made in a shared commercial kitchen that may process common allergens such as nuts, dairy, wheat, and others.  Refunds will not be issued for allergic reactions. Please review ingredients carefully before purchasing.
